Natural England

Natural England manages protected wildlife sites around the County and has authority over the European Sites. It promotes coastal recreation and access, provides grants for the management of wildlife in the coastal zone and promotes the protection of marine and coastal biodiversity.

Natural England supports the Devon Maritime Forum because it is important that all coastal and marine stakeholders the ability to inform management and raise specific issues. Natural England supports all interested parties in sharing information and promoting good practice. The Devon Maritime Forum offers the opportunity for all interested parties to discuss the management of marine wildlife in Devon.
