The Devon Wildlife Trust has a vision of Devon in which:
Wildlife is plentiful, varied and widespread.  The future of wildlife is secure.
The benefits of wildlife are valued and enjoyed and this vision applies in the county’s rich marine environment as much as it does on land. Devon Wildlife Trust has a sound record of working with partners, stakeholders and the wider public to promote and protect the marine biodiversity of Devon, developing innovative projects which have national as well as local relevance.

Devon Wildlife Trust is pleased to be supporting the Devon Maritime Forum as a meeting place for all those involved in delivering a sustainable future for our coast and surrounding waters. But more than this, it recognises the role that the Forum can, and needs to, play in supporting those who wish to work together to build a better future for Devon’s marine environment and the many people that depend upon it.
