The Devon Maritime Forum is an idependent voluntary organisation that works to promote the sustainable use of marine and coastal resources in Devon. We are a partnership formed from a core group of organisations who value an integrated ecosystem-based approach to marine management, where environmental, social and economic values are considered as being of equal importance.
Working across the county of Devon, we operate as a ‘champion of the sea’, encouraging engagement with a wide range of issues. We facilitate communication between a network of marine stakeholders, raising the profile of marine and maritime concerns and promoting broad debate in order to achieve sustainability on our coasts and seas. Download our Business Model and Strategic Overview. These Documents outline the vision, aims and objectives for the Forum, what services we will provide and how we allocate funds within the Forum.
