As a Forum we provide a place to share ideas, negotiate solutions and generate innovative approaches in order to achieve the sustainable use of marine resources.  The Forum operates on behalf of its members, responding to a reflecting their needs, aspirations and concerns.

The neutrality of the Forum is its strength.  We aim to ensure that key stakeholders and sectors in Devon can better address complex issues by acting together.  It is an inclusive place where diverse organisations can come together to exchange frank points of view through principled and constructive dialogue.  A stronger, more articulate voice is given to more potentially marginalised sectors who wish to engage with issues on a large and wide-reaching platform.

We provide a range of Core Services, which together with effective communications and open discussion, promote the development of Integrated Environmental Visions for the coasts and seas of Devon.

Find out more about our Core Services:
  • Stakeholder engagement, networking and faciltiated decision-making
  • Communication, education and awareness-rasising
  • Informing planning, policy and legislation
  • Providing a central point of contact and information service
  • Project management and development
